Location: Hybrid, New York, New York, United States

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support the EVP in managing new business workstreams, active pitches, outreach, and RFI/RFP activity.
• Coordinate pitch timelines, calendars, meetings, stakeholders, vendors, hospitality, and day-of logistics.
• Prepare research, insights, business briefs, case studies, and written correspondence for new business submissions.
• Organize and maintain written content, case study materials, RFP best answers, and supporting libraries.
• Help shape pitch storytelling, identify content gaps, support creative ideation, and ensure brand challenges and RFP objectives are addressed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, design teams, project managers, and other centers of excellence to deliver accurate materials on schedule.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in new business, business development, or media strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Exceptional organization, multitasking, deadline management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple seniority levels and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to analyze trade journals, research reports, white papers, and cross-tabulated survey data.
• Strong business writing, interpersonal, and people skills; flexibility to work late nights or weekends when necessary.

• Interest in marketing, advertising, or media.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, internet software, email, and Teams.
