Senior RF Test Engineer II (Aerospace)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; on-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, certain protected individuals, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations.

Salary: $134,000–$161,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, analyze, and implement engineering RF test plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with design and test engineering teams to define requirements and map them to reusable test architectures.
• Develop test automation, measurement abstraction layers, and test executive integrations.
• Operate and manage laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, and vector signal analyzers.
• Analyze, document, and present test results to stakeholders, customers, and executives.
• Support equipment purchasing decisions and proposal-writing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4 years with a master’s degree.
• Industry experience designing, analyzing, and implementing RF test systems.
• High proficiency in RF measurements, including linearity, NSD, and EVM.
• Experience with RF test architecture, scripting, statistics, and metrology.
• Eligibility to work on United States Government-regulated space technology is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with or hands-on experience in phased-array testing.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, MATLAB, C, or C++.
• Understanding of RF and mixed-signal hardware, including amplifiers, filters, ADCs/DACs, and antennas.
