Project Management Intern

Location: Onsite at the Logan, Utah facility; candidates must be locally available. This is not a remote internship.

Compensation: $18.50–$20 per hour

What you will do

• Plan production projects by creating work breakdown structures, resource plans, schedules, and issue analyses.
• Coordinate equipment, inventory, component materials, artwork, programming output, and customer-supplied materials.
• Track project progress, adjust resources and schedules, and communicate status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer service, order pricing, project invoicing, project reviews, and delivery commitments.
• Implement continuous improvement actions to support quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• College sophomore or junior standing.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Major in Supervision, Business Management, or Engineering.
• Local availability to work onsite at the Logan, Utah facility is required.
• Availability Monday through Friday, with scheduling coordinated around the candidate’s college schedule.

• Four-month internship running from October 2026 through the estimated last week of February 2027.
