Supply Chain Early Career Program (ECP) Associate

Location: 8080 Norton Pkwy, Mentor, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite work. Post-graduation assignments may be available in Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Georgia. Travel: 10–20%; reliable transportation is required. Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Complete two assignments across manufacturing, operations planning, and logistics over 24–30 months.
• Apply Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, and other continuous improvement methods to improve performance and meet business objectives.
• Connect sales, customer service, purchasing, marketing, supply chain, and operations activities.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Monitor service and inventory performance and respond to operational problems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for materials processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in December for a January start or May for a June start.
• Previous internship or co-op experience, or relevant manufacturing work experience.
• Ability to travel 10–20% of the time and maintain reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must not require current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, engineering, or other relevant student organizations.
• Volunteer experience or similar extracurricular activities.
