What you will do
- Monitor profit, sales, performance goals, and store financial reports.
- Oversee the eyeglass department, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and policy compliance.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate opticians, contact lens sales associates, and other store staff.
- Maintain outstanding customer service and ensure associates meet service standards.
- Coordinate promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, and communication of current offers.
- Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, reporting, and day-to-day store operations.
Requirements
- Optical sales experience.
- Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
- Understanding of store operations and performance standards.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and solve problems of varied scope.
