What you will do

• Drive store profit, sales, and performance results in line with National Vision standards.
• Monitor sales against budget and analyze financial reports.
• Ensure high customer service standards and same-day service using the production board.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate opticians and sales associates.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, District Manager, Corporate Office, and associated doctors.
• Support promotions, visual merchandising, staffing, recruiting, and associate retention.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and an understanding of store operations.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create, understand, and analyze financial reports.
