What you will do

• Monitor profit, sales, performance goals, and P&L results.
• Oversee the eyeglass department, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain customer service and quality standards, including reviewing remakes.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach Opticians, contact lens sales associates, and receptionists where applicable.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, and store reporting.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, and retention with the General Manager.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Understanding of store operations and performance standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and solve problems of varied scope.
