What you will do

• Drive store profit, sales, and performance goals and monitor results against budget.
• Maintain high customer service standards and same-day service using the “Ready When Promised” production board.
• Supervise, motivate, coach, and support opticians and sales associates.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, District Manager, Corporate Office, and doctors associated with the store.
• Maintain promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, and communication of current offers.
• Support staffing, recruiting, selection, and retention of store associates.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and a sound understanding of store operations.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organization and progress-monitoring skills.
• Ability to create, understand, and analyze financial reports and solve problems of varied scope.
