TL;DR
Analyst Software Services (HVACR Software and Data Analytics): Monitoring proprietary software and digital platforms, validating system insights, and developing operational reports and performance dashboards with an accent on data interpretation, system health, and service outcomes. Focus on identifying anomalies and improvement opportunities, coordinating technical actions, calculating operational value metrics, and supporting QA across Lifecycle Services workflows.
Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with on-site work three times per week

What you will do
- Monitor system and service performance across proprietary software and digital platforms.
- Review and validate system-generated insights and alerts to identify actionable customer opportunities.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, data offloads, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external site contacts to resolve or escalate technical actions.
- Calculate prospective savings, provide product feedback, support QA activities, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, communicate findings, and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer focus, attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to collaborate across global teams.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with on-site attendance three times per week.
Nice to have
- Internship, academic project, or work experience in technical support, engineering, analytics, or a similar field.
- Exposure to software platforms, automation systems, or analytics tools.
- Familiarity with building systems, refrigeration systems, or industrial operations.
