Visual Coordinator

Location: Hybrid attendance at Head Office/Studio in Greater Manchester, with occasional store visits

What you will do

• Support the Senior VM Coordinator in creating visual merchandising guidelines and briefs.
• Compile store image assets and photo packs for stakeholders, store executions, and new store openings.
• Create bi-weekly mannequin styling guides aligned with company strategy and hyper-local customer needs.
• Coordinate visual merchandising campaign briefs with Marketing and report on in-store brand activations.
• Analyse weekly sales and stock reports to prioritise high-performing product lines and improve commercial presentation.
• Support seasonal training events, new store openings, refits, franchise activations, and the inventory tracking of VM props.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a retail visual merchandising role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
• Strong creative flair and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with store teams.
• Full UK driving licence required.
