Visual Editor (Fashion)

Location: New York, United States; office attendance required 4 days per week. Occasional travel and weekend work may be required during Fashion Months.

Hiring rate: $49,725–$66,300 annually.

What you will do

• Manage global IMG Models archiving, ensuring consistent standards, image quality, metadata, and credits across markets.
• Maintain Mediaslide assets, resolve minor errors, and identify missing editorial, campaign, red carpet, and video materials.
• Update model portfolios and cards, take casting shots, oversee test shoot schedules, and maintain the studio space.
• Lightly retouch images in Photoshop and Adobe systems and create presentations, portfolio links, decks, and special job pitches.
• Provide photo direction and creative support to Digital Content, Talent Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Advance digital asset management systems, improve workflows, manage platform subscriptions, and train teams on archiving processes.

Requirements

• Expert-level photography and videography skills with the ability to maintain a consistent style aligned with IMG Models standards.
• Strong command of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with digital asset management platforms such as Mediaslide, Bynder, or similar.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams and organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
