Location: Hybrid schedule; the role is described as based in London, with Los Angeles and New York also listed in the conditions and location fields. Travel within the US and internationally may be required.

Salary: $75,000–$86,000 USD annually, based on location and experience.

What you will do

• Create visual designs that communicate project messages and meet objectives under guidance.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and apply feedback to creative outputs.
• Develop marketing collateral and digital product interface designs.
• Assist with client proposals and build case studies for business development.
• Contribute to project evaluations and improve file and work-environment organization.
• Communicate clearly with the team and support team initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong design skills with an instinct for compelling imagery and creative concepts.
• Creative problem-solving ability and a T-shaped design skillset.
• Strength in one core design skill and developing capability in at least two additional areas.
• Ability to create work supporting project goals with guidance and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Clear team communication; higher-level client-facing communication is performed with guidance.
• Availability for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when required to meet client deadlines.
