2027 Summer Intern - Alternatives Business Management Analyst, EMEA (Finance)

Location: London, United Kingdom; internship positions are located at hirify.global’s London office. The 10-week program runs from early June to mid-August, with full availability required.

What you will do

• Support the smooth operation of the alternatives business across relevant funds and accounts.
• Deliver data and analytics to portfolio managers to support decision-making.
• Manage reporting, forecasting, capacity analysis, and budgeting for the alternatives business.
• Develop and manage strategic initiatives that support scalability, goal achievement, and risk mitigation.
• Lead complex projects involving large cross-functional teams and create standardized, scalable, sustainable, and secure solutions.
• Oversee governance, fund policies and procedures, transaction management, and deal execution across the US and Europe.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to begin full-time employment at a hirify.global office between January 2028 and August 2028.
• On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
• Business-proficient English required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Curiosity and experience using emerging technologies and AI tools to solve problems and improve outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel, SQL, Business Objects, Bloomberg, iLEVEL, PowerBI, or DealCloud.
• Buy-side or sell-side trading room, private equity, real estate, legal, compliance, product management, or project management experience.
