Communications Content Specialist

Location: IND KA Bangalore - Cherry Hills; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Design graphics, infographics, banners, presentations, social media assets, and other visual materials for internal communications.
• Create and edit video content for campaigns, events, webcasts, and leadership initiatives.
• Source, create, edit, and adapt images while maintaining firm branding and design standards.
• Publish and maintain content across the intranet and other digital communication platforms.
• Create, test, and deploy email communications with strong attention to quality and accuracy.
• Manage multiple creative projects, troubleshoot basic publishing issues, and maintain communication templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, corporate communications, or a related creative role.
• Demonstrable graphic design and video editing expertise supported by a strong creative portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint slide masters, layouts, presentation formatting, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience creating visual assets for presentations, email communications, social media, and internal campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration, communication, and deadline-management skills.
