hirify.global's Marketing Design department develops visual communication and brand materials across multiple touchpoints.

What you will do

• Design scalable brand identities and visual systems, including logos, guidelines, brand assets, and internal office branding.
• Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists, and Developers.
• Present design rationale based on communication objectives rather than personal taste.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across deliverables and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve team processes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Interest in branding, communication design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, or Framer AI.
• Experience working in small, collaborative teams with ownership, openness to feedback, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Experience designing responsive websites and branding.
• Motion design or animation skills.
