What you will do

• Develop and guide ideation for current clients and prospective clients, combining art, copy, and editing techniques.
• Create and oversee creative solutions ranging from social content to larger campaign initiatives across industries.
• Provide concept guidance, approvals, and actionable feedback while maintaining high creative quality.
• Manage and support creative teams, review junior work, and help develop creative problem-solving skills.
• Support Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors, including new business pitches.
• Contribute to creative processes such as workshops, brief sessions, brainstorms, emerging technology initiatives, and social opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in creative media or advertising in the Philippine market.
• Strong ideation and art direction skills beyond executional design.
• Ability to create compelling visual narratives across platforms.
• Experience working with complex, multicultural, and multigeography teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, strategic thinking, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, deliver client-quality work, and solve problems logically under pressure.

Nice to have

• Motion design skills.
