Client Services Representative - Servicing (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Handle daily internal and external client requests and provide customized solutions.
• Support private banking transactions in partnership with the Private Bank Service Team.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, sales, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other authorized parties.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience across all engagements.
• Work with operations and bank teams to improve existing processes.
• Participate in assigned projects.

Requirements

• At least four years of combined education and/or experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of loan processes, systems, and applicable lending requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work for timely and efficient execution.
• Self-directed work style, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior bank operations or client service experience.
