What you will do

• Provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gather, prepare, review, and verify client documentation and related information.
• Process client requests in accordance with standard regulations and procedures.
• Administer implementation plans and coordinate related client interactions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, client teams, and service partners, escalating issues when necessary.
• Update and verify client, account, and transaction details in relevant systems and provide reports.

Requirements

• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered instead.
• Knowledge of customer support policies, standards, procedures, products, and services.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, critical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
