Associate - Sales and Support Customer Care (Japanese Speaker)

Location: Work from office in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Rotating schedule including weekends, with 5 working days and 2 days off; operating hours are 6:00–12:00 with several shifts and 40 working hours per week.

Salary: MYR 8,000–9,000 monthly

What you will do

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer interactions.
• Establish positive rapport with every caller.
• Update customer account information and maintain accurate records.
• Present information, persuade, and communicate effectively.
• Apply a customer-oriented approach while handling support requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Japanese speaking and Kanji writing skills required.
• Non-native Japanese speakers must hold N1 or N2 certification.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Good computer skills.
• Work from the Kuala Lumpur office on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
