Reclaim & Screen Preparation Operator (Screen Printing)

Salary: €37,614.59–€52,416 per year

What you will do

• Clean and strip used printing screens by removing ink residue, emulsion layers, adhesives, grease, and ghost images.
• Remove old mesh, prepare and sand frames, and stretch new screen mesh to the required tension levels.
• Operate and maintain washing stations, tension meters, chemical degreasers, and high-pressure washers.
• Inspect cleaned and newly stretched screens for mesh tension, damage, and complete cleaning.
• Handle, dose, and store chemicals and frame adhesives in line with safety and environmental requirements.
• Support preparation, finishing, ink mixing, warehouse, and other departments during peak periods or absences.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical background, such as a technical diploma or relevant experience in screen printing or manufacturing.
• Experience with screen stretching or work in a screen-printing facility is an advantage.
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and consistent use of required personal protective equipment when handling chemicals.
• Physical fitness for lifting, standing, and operating machinery.
• Flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to support varied production activities.
