What you will do

• Ensure 100% of melee orders are quality controlled on the same day they are received.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits to identify areas for product improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to reduce the rate of QC rejections.
• Handle inventory management and logistics for shipping orders from the NL hub.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Oude Meer, Netherlands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of precision and thoroughness in executing tasks.
• Strong willingness to learn and process information quickly.
• Interest in luxury goods (diamonds, gemstones, jewellery) is preferred.
