Global Manufacturing - EHS Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid position requiring residence in the Netherlands for the full six-month internship

Allowance: €625 per month for 40 hours and 5 days per week, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses.

What you will do

• Support the development, training, and deployment of the EHS onboarding process with the global EHS community.
• Standardize documentation to support compliance with the hirify.global Management System and external requirements.
• Develop Microsoft SharePoint creation and management skills while supporting the global EHS SharePoint integration project.
• Analyze EHS events across zones and prepare high-level performance insights for the global EHS community.
• Strengthen EHS process governance and controls while managing multiple requests and priorities.

Requirements

• EU working rights are required, through EU citizenship or study in the Netherlands.
• Enrollment at a European university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
• Final-year bachelor's or master's student in Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Good written and spoken English, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work with senior management.
• Proactive, curious, organized, resilient, and able to collaborate in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Canva, Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, or related business tools.
• Additional language skills.
• Interest in supply chain and logistics.
