Managing Consultant - Transport - Data Science (Data Science)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires attendance in the office or on a client site for a minimum of 2 days per week, with some assignments requiring up to 5 days per week on a client site.

What you will do

• Shape and launch new data science propositions within the Transport community.
• Drive strategic business growth and lead business development initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior Transport stakeholders and own client outcomes.
• Help clients define requirements, challenges, and opportunities across the evolving data landscape.
• Lead teams delivering complex, high-value programmes and support their professional growth through coaching and knowledge-sharing.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market offerings in digital innovation for transport and mobility.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital consulting, strategy, or transformation, ideally in Transport.
• Established network of senior stakeholders in the Transport industry and a track record of building long-term client partnerships.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex, high-value programmes.
• Commercial acumen and experience developing and selling consulting propositions.
• Deep understanding of Transport and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
