Indirect Sourcing Coordinator EMEA (Procurement)

What you will do

• Coordinate RFI, RFQ, and RFP activities, including preparation, issuance, evaluation support, and award documentation.
• Track sourcing timelines, milestones, approvals, savings pipelines, and contract milestones across indirect spend categories.
• Support supplier shortlisting, bid comparisons, recommendation packs, and sourcing summaries.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance reviews.
• Manage supplier communications, onboarding, compliance documentation, and vendor master data changes.
• Maintain sourcing and supplier records in SAP and support contract creation, renewals, and handover to contract management or P2P teams.

Requirements

• Expert negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build enduring supplier relationships and partnerships.
• French-speaking ability is required.
• Based in Europe, with the role located in Madrid, Spain.
