What you will do

• Execute sourcing strategies using client-specific processes to achieve cost-saving goals.
• Lead commercial negotiations and draft complex contractual agreements.
• Support category managers in supplier performance, risk mitigation, and quality improvements.
• Act as the primary escalation point for the source-to-contract (S2C) team.
• Identify and implement alternate sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories.
• Communicate and resolve operational issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant expertise in indirect spend categories such as MRO or Capital.
• Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency required.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing methods and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to determine appropriate procurement strategies based on business requirements.
• Experience in drafting and managing complex contractual agreements.
