Guest Experience Manager

What you will do

• Lead and inspire the Guest Experience activities team.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver activities and events such as themed celebrations, movie nights, and arts and crafts.
• Host activities and events directly, including microphone-led guest engagement.
• Develop and maintain the activities calendar with the Resort Manager.
• Train, supervise, mentor, and roster Activities team members.
• Manage equipment, conduct audits, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for working with people of all ages.
• Confidence hosting events and encouraging guest participation.
• Experience facilitating group activities and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, including peak periods.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one, plus previous team supervision or mentoring experience.
