Community Associate (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Manage the front desk during business hours and serve as the primary on-site contact for members and guests.
• Welcome visitors, manage guest sign-ins, answer building questions, and maintain an organized reception area.
• Build relationships among members, support community engagement, and recommend local services and venues.
• Coordinate event communications and support building-specific operational requirements for events.
• Process mail and courier deliveries, investigate lost packages, and maintain organized mailroom operations.
• Track keys and keycards, support emergency equipment awareness, and assist with building services such as the coffee machine.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proficient English.
• At least one year of hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and basic computer skills.
• Integrity, dependability, accountability, responsibility, compassion, and a strong work ethic.
• Interest in entrepreneurial communities and alignment with hirify.global’s mission and values.

Nice to have

• Customer service, sales, or events experience.
