Associate Principal, GRC Services & Strategy (GRC)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Salary: $93,800–$130,600 annually, plus an eligible discretionary incentive target of 8%–15%.

What you will do

• Drive risk-based remediation of findings, observations, and control deficiencies.
• Manage evidence collection, validation, documentation, milestones, and reporting throughout the remediation lifecycle.
• Lead GRC change-management processes, strategic planning, process reviews, and automation initiatives.
• Maintain policy and control documentation in Archer and PolicyTech, and manage Policy Governance Policy reviews and approvals.
• Execute management self-testing, assess regulatory priorities, and evaluate organizational readiness.
• Collaborate with second- and third-line defense teams, external partners, and internal departments while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with internal controls, risk assessment, audit techniques, project management, exam management, and regulatory agencies.
• Experience developing policies and procedures and executing compliance or controls testing programs.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations applicable to hirify.global.
• Strong analytical, data reporting, organizational, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Archer or similar GRC software, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Office, and a learning management system such as Workday Learning.
