Location: Onsite in Islandia, New York, United States

Salary: $24.00–$31.25 per hour, plus eligibility for a quarterly incentive.

What you will do

• Prepare financing quotes for assigned insurance agents within designated regions.
• Approve quotes for amounts financed up to $750,000.
• Handle inbound calls from agents and provide responsive customer service.
• Respond to emails promptly and resolve agent inquiries.
• Monitor portfolio volume and take proactive steps to protect and grow business volume.
• Use creativity and sound judgment to provide competitive quotes while minimizing risk and maximizing profitability.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of insurance or related industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• General computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite in Islandia, NY.
