Underwriting Support Associate

Location: Brentwood, Tennessee, United States; initial in-person training is required, followed by a merit-based work-from-home program defined by leadership.

What you will do

• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal departments through verbal and written correspondence.
• Accurately enter information from assigned source documents.
• Interpret instructions and process appropriate policy transactions.
• Maintain records and policy files according to established guidelines.
• Support additional duties within the underwriting department as needed.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and interpret data.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
