Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing - Part Time Nights

Location: 440 Minot Ave, Auburn, Maine, USA; onsite, full-time night position.

Salary: From $40 per hour

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control issues under direction of the director.
• Provide health-related consultation and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents’ health.
• Respond to emergencies, communicate with departments and staff, and provide educational meetings for residents and employees.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow the Safety & Disaster Plan.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program with general nursing study.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• English proficiency sufficient for duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
