Production Manager (Printing/Packaging): Leading shift-based production operations in a manufacturing facility with an accent on capacity utilization, production planning, quality control, and shop-floor compliance. Focus on implementing Lean Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing production processes with Mfg 4.0 and AI, and driving safety, cost, and delivery performance.

What you will do
- Lead shift-based production operations and directly supervise production employees, ensuring effective use of capacity, labor, tools, and equipment.
- Lead Production Planning Control activities covering raw materials, master scheduling, production hit rate, service, and delivery.
- Design and implement improvement strategies across safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, HR, Quality, Safety, Production Planning Control, and Commercial teams to resolve problems and achieve business targets.
- Maintain quality control processes, standard operating procedures, AM practices, 5S, and shop-floor discipline through regular audits.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects, optimize CapEx allocation, and deliver cost savings and budget discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in printing engineering, packaging, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in similar production or manufacturing roles.
- Strong leadership, coaching, business intuition, and cross-functional understanding of production operations.
- Ability to analyze factory and technical processes and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Experience or knowledge in garment production, printing, or labeling operations.
- Fluent English required or strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Lean Sigma.
- Experience leveraging Mfg 4.0 and AI in manufacturing process improvement.
