COMSEC Manager I (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities for Department of Defense agencies.
• Manage inventories, inspections, accountability, and document control for COMSEC equipment and classified keying materials.
• Install secure telephone equipment and coordinate the delivery of encryption devices and keying materials to IT specialists supporting classified networks.
• Courier classified information and maintain receipts for classified materials.
• Verify compliance with automated information systems security requirements and physical security accreditation.
• Train personnel in COMSEC procedures and the use of related equipment.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• SAP experience required.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree in a related area plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph and ability to regularly lift approximately 25–40 pounds.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of COMSEC accountability and procedures for issuing, receiving, inventorying, and mailing COMSEC equipment and materials.
