Senior Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions collaboratively with Salesforce administrators, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce projects, enhancements, user stories, and operational requests.
• Build complex automation with Salesforce Flow and other declarative platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot issues involving automation, security, data, integrations, and platform configuration, including root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate technical debt, risks, dependencies, downstream impacts, and opportunities to improve existing business processes.
• Document solutions, participate in peer reviews and post-deployment validation, and mentor other Salesforce administrators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Flow and complex declarative automation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, platform capabilities, governor limits, declarative architecture, and data quality.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including permission sets, profiles, roles, sharing, object-level security, and field-level security.
• Experience with scalable Salesforce solutions, integrations, sandbox and production deployments, business requirements analysis, and operational support.

Nice to have

• Platform App Builder or additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Experience Cloud or DemandTools.
• Exposure to Salesforce DevOps practices, source control, or modern deployment tooling.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to Salesforce administrators.
