Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Salesforce System Administrator across enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, access controls, reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, approvals, and automation.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; facilitate backlog grooming and requirements sessions.
• Coordinate Salesforce enhancement and development requests and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with external enterprise applications and review vendor-developed solutions.
• Perform audits, health checks, release readiness, upgrades, testing, deployments, change management, user guidance, and training support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience in an enterprise environment.
• 4+ years of Salesforce OmniStudio experience required, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniStudio Designer, and Digital Experiences.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, process automation, reports and dashboards, user management, security, and permissions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating backlog grooming, and supporting Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Agile/Scrum, vendor-delivered solutions, or Education, Government, and Public Sector organizations.
