Motion Designer (AgTech)

What you will do

• Edit tutorials, reels, short clips, and educational videos from scripts and creative briefs.
• Apply motion graphics, dynamic captions, transitions, pacing, and visual storytelling across short- and long-form content.
• Transform webinars, training sessions, onboarding recordings, and field or conference footage into polished videos and highlights.
• Collaborate with product and field adoption teams to maintain consistent visual identity, tone, messaging, and production quality.
• Organize project files, media assets, templates, and reusable production resources for recurring content creation.
• Identify outdated tutorials and recurring user questions, recommending new or updated explainer and educational videos.

Requirements

• Professional motion design and video editing experience, with a portfolio or showreel.
• Strong command of CapCut and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or another professional editing tool.
• Strong understanding of pacing, composition, transitions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for short-form video.
• Experience with gimbal-recorded footage and field recordings.
• Ability to work independently from scripts and briefs while managing multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency required for collaboration and content production.

Nice to have

• Advanced Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with Insta360 or similar equipment.
• Basic graphic design knowledge using Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of agriculture or a strong interest in AgTech.
• Experience producing tutorial or onboarding videos.
