What you will do

• Create 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Transform storyboards and creative concepts into engaging motion experiences.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketers to ensure brand consistency.
• Edit motion-based video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Optimize assets for various digital platforms, aspect ratios, and performance metrics.
• Maintain organized project files and reusable animation libraries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Costa Rica.
• Must be available during U.S. business hours.
• 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, branded content, or advertising work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
• Background in advertising agencies, SaaS, or e-learning.
• Experience with sound design and audio integration.
• Understanding of marketing performance metrics like CTR and engagement.
