What you will do
- Create AI-generated advertising videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and landing pages.
- Develop videos from concept through final delivery, including storylines, funnel formats, graphics, music, sound design, visual effects, and post-production.
- Produce photorealistic human characters and refine motion, facial expression, speech-to-movement synchronization, and lip-sync accuracy.
- Research and integrate AI tools for avatar generation, voice synthesis, automated post-production, upscaling, and quality improvement.
- Analyze video performance, run A/B tests on formats, hooks, calls to action, and creative elements, and iterate based on results.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, copywriters, marketers, designers, and videographers while tracking trends and documenting work in ClickUp.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in video editing, post-production, or motion design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and desktop-based editing tools; mobile-only editing is not accepted.
- Experience creating AI-generated videos and producing highly realistic human characters, including lip-sync and speech-to-movement synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Veo, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, or similar, plus AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
- Skills in video rhythm, sound design, transitions, color correction, typography, visual effects, and platform-specific video formats.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher and availability for global remote work.
