Operational Risk Program Lead

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days in office at the Hudson Yards, NYC or Bethlehem, PA office, and 2 days working from home. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $86,210–$141,635 per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management processes, including RCSAs, issue and event management, workflow execution, escalation, and quality reviews.
• Manage risk assessment, control attestation, and issue-update cycles across operational, third-party, technology, cyber, model, data, and AI risk domains.
• Analyze assessment results and dependency roll-ups to identify trends, concentrations, and emerging risk themes.
• Produce executive-ready risk dashboards, KRI reports, and compliance summaries for leadership, risk committees, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain complete, consistent, and traceable links between risks, controls, issues, evidence, applications, business processes, and third parties.
• Support platform enhancements, UAT, data migration validation, governance forums, user guidance, and training materials for IRM, TPRM, and BCM stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational risk, compliance, or GRC roles within financial services or insurance.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM or an equivalent GRC platform, including risk registers, control libraries, issue management, and reporting.
• Understanding of RCSA, KRI monitoring, risk scoring methodologies, and operational and non-financial risk concepts.
• Familiarity with insurance or financial-services regulations such as NYDFS, NAIC, MAR, or HIPAA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.

• Exposure to model, data, or AI governance.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to learn new risk and governance platforms quickly.
