Senior Concrete Project Manager

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States; full-time, on-site role.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact and oversee financial management, change management, scheduling, conflict resolution, and contractor relations.
• Manage the preconstruction and construction phases of multiple large, complex projects.
• Develop procurement documents, coordinate design packages with estimating, bidding, and construction schedules, and establish subcontract agreements and work scopes.
• Allocate project resources, manage deliverables, and set expectations for project teams, trade contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Manage contractual risk protections, including Builder’s Risk Insurance coverage and requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with governing authorities while promoting safety and addressing unsafe practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or relevant coursework, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 10 or more years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screening is required.
