Senior Compliance Manager

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of the compliance framework, including policies, controls, and processes.
• Monitor FCA-related regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and sectors.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical advice for business leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead the risk-based compliance plan and oversee monitoring and assurance activities.
• Provide compliance advice on regulatory requirements, business initiatives, emerging risks, and customer communications.
• Prepare compliance reports, maintain compliance registers, and support regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role with a solid understanding of FCA requirements.
• Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment and applying regulatory requirements in a commercial setting.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory developments and provide clear, practical advice.
• Experience with governance reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with other regulatory regimes or international compliance frameworks.
• Degree or equivalent experience in law, finance, risk, or a related field.
