D365 Solution Architect (D365)

Location: Manchester, UK. Hybrid working requires attendance in the office or on client site at least two days per week, with some assignments requiring up to five days per week on a client site.

What you will do

• Lead solution design and architecture for low-code projects and client opportunities using D365, Power Apps, and Azure.
• Design and assure architecture solutions within governance frameworks and target operating models.
• Create and maintain key design decisions, technical options papers, high- and low-level designs, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
• Work with engineering teams as a lead subject-matter expert to define visions, architectural guardrails, architecture runways, and detailed designs.
• Support senior client leaders with cost estimation, detailed planning, and benefits realisation for technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams using Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Architecture experience across multiple domains, with a specialism in at least one of Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security architecture.
• Practical understanding and application of TOGAF and SAFe.
• Experience using architecture modelling tools and frameworks such as UML, ArchiMate, and Ardoq.
• Experience designing and delivering architecture solutions within governance and target operating models.
• Applicants for relevant UK roles must meet the required residency conditions, including British citizenship or five years of continuous UK residency, where security clearance is required.

Hiring process
