Senior Product Manager (Building & Construction)

What you will do

• Provide vision and strategy for the Building and Construction growth segment and its advanced product portfolio.
• Develop strategic and annual operating plans based on customer and market needs.
• Manage the P&L for an assigned product portfolio and execute pricing strategies to improve growth and profitability.
• Lead portfolio management activities for assigned products.
• Work with R&D, technical support, sales, and supply chain teams to develop, launch, and support new products and service programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering degree or MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience leading a technical product line or related commercial experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong financial and business insight with demonstrated P&L management experience.
• Project leadership, critical thinking, analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Ability to build support across informal, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
