Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $144,600–$198,800 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for hirify.global Connect as a collaboration and data platform for construction teams.
• Analyze construction market dynamics, customer needs, trends, and competitive opportunities to guide prioritization and discovery.
• Lead product definition from business case through launch and develop differentiated product capabilities.
• Design monetization strategies and tiered commercial models to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Engage directly with users and customer executives while representing hirify.global as an industry thought leader.
• Collaborate with engineering on platform requirements, SaaS mechanics, tiered access, data analysis, and AI-forward development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of direct experience as a platform Product Manager.
• Track record of leading product teams and delivering impactful products at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS commercial models, go-to-market strategy, financial modeling, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, execution, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams and engage with senior management.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction technology or a closely adjacent B2B industry.
• Familiarity with common data environments, collaboration products, or data management products in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
