What you will do

• Provide case coverage and collaborate with Territory Managers to support clinical outcomes.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for product coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Educate customers on the proper clinical use and benefits of company products.
• Discuss procedural, technical, product, therapy, and technology developments with clinicians.
• Identify customer needs and develop feasible solutions using company products.
• Transfer account knowledge and requested information to the local Territory Manager weekly while supporting sales objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of directly related experience; medical-industry experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical orientation and excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience with products used in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with physicians, nurses, laboratory technicians, and other clinical stakeholders.
• A BA/BS or equivalent experience is preferred.
