Principal, AI Enablement & Change (AI)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work environment with up to 2 days per week of remote work.

Salary: $167,800–$226,400 per year, plus an annual discretionary incentive target of 18%–25%.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise AI literacy program, delivering role-appropriate training to AI users on hire and at least annually.
• Lead workforce transformation initiatives as AI becomes embedded in business processes and job roles.
• Design and deliver change management programs that move AI use cases from production into broad adoption.
• Identify adoption friction, resistance, and AI literacy gaps at the enterprise level.
• Develop adoption metrics and executive reporting aligned with AI Strategy targets.
• Build reusable change management playbooks and communication materials while coordinating with AI Portfolio & Transformation and AI Solutions Leads.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management programs, preferably for technology adoption or digital transformation.
• Working knowledge of AI and GenAI tools and their practical use in corporate environments.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training or literacy programs.
• Proficiency in adoption metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive-level status communication.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and working sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years in change management, organizational transformation, learning and development, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting an enterprise technology rollout involving AI, automation, or major systems implementation.
• Experience in a regulated or financial services environment.
• Familiarity with process and workflow documentation.
• AI product management, project management, or domain certification.
