Salary: €5,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year

What you will do
- Prepare and cook authentic Japanese cuisine to a high standard.
- Lead the kitchen team in dish preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience preparing Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
- Proficiency in German and/or English.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
