What you will do

• Plan vehicle repairs, including detrimming, disassembly, pre-pulls, and repair-versus-replace decisions.
• Identify and source parts while organizing parts and materials carts.
• Monitor vehicle status, support scheduling, and help solve repair issues across the shop.
• Perform quality body repairs while meeting productivity and return-rate targets.
• Follow repair procedures, quality-control processes, safety requirements, and hazardous-waste disposal rules.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturer repair processes and technical collision-repair procedures.
• Ability to use frame and measuring equipment according to vendor procedures.
• ASE certification in body repairs.
• Valid South Carolina driver's license, clean driving record, drug screen, and background investigation.
• Reliable attendance and ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting over 50 pounds, kneeling, bending, and pushing carts or vehicles with assistance.
• Ability to work around fumes, chemicals, dust, noise, inclement weather, and wear required protective equipment including a respirator.

• Auto Body Vo-Tech certificate.
