Project Manager Marine_Quaywalls (Marine Construction)

Location: United Arab Emirates; the role includes an initial training period at a project or home-office location and willingness to relocate to international project locations.

What you will do

• Deliver marine and infrastructure projects from inception through completion in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Manage project budgets, cost and revenue forecasting, commercial performance, contracts, and corrective actions.
• Establish and implement risk management plans while resolving project issues and escalating strategic matters.
• Lead client relationships and coordinate resources, materials, construction planning, programming, and completion schedules.
• Authorize subcontractor engagement, oversee subcontractor performance, and manage major variations.
• Lead engineering, procurement, and construction teams to achieve project objectives and maintain QHSE compliance.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 10 years of project management experience on large-scale marine and infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor.
• At least two successfully delivered EPC or design-and-construct marine quay wall projects; experience with complex projects valued above USD 150 million is an advantage.
• Financial literacy, contract management expertise, and experience preparing project budgets and detailed construction programs.
• Demonstrated QHSE commitment and knowledge of marine construction requirements.
• Excellent command of English and willingness to relocate to international project locations and travel across operational countries.
