Sr Staff Product Marketing Specialist (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own strategy, business performance, investment planning, and roadmap definition for a subset of the Entry Line 32-bit MCU hardware and software portfolio.
• Translate customer requirements, market trends, and competitive benchmarks into product definitions, portfolio strategy, and business cases.
• Partner with engineering, product managers, system architects, operations, regional marketing, sales, and FAEs to execute product milestones and launches.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, launch collateral, competitive analysis, training, and promotional materials.
• Build customer relationships, support design-ins and design-wins, and drive revenue growth targets.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including PCNs, EOL planning, supply planning, and semiconductor cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductors, embedded systems, or related industries.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product line management.
• Understanding of microcontroller, microprocessor, or connectivity applications across consumer, industrial, automotive, data center, or communications infrastructure systems.
• Understanding of microcontroller architectures such as ARM Cortex and RISC-V, embedded software ecosystems, semiconductor cost structures, wafer economics, and supply chain dynamics.
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, Texas, and collaborate with teams across multiple locations and global time zones.

• MBA.
• Experience in strategic marketing, technical marketing, business development, applications, supply chain management, or cost management.
